In recent weeks, we’ve seen cold weather records shattered throughout the US – and we’re not done with winter yet. Here are answers to some important questions to keep your family safe in the frigid months to come.
Q: Do you provide emergency service?
A: Yes, we offer emergency service.
Q: When should I order more propane?
A: If you are an automatic delivery customer, there is no need to call – we’ll keep an eye on the weather and your average use to deliver your propane when you need it. If you are NOT an Automatic Delivery customer, please call when your tank is no lower than 25 percent full.
Q: What should I do if I lose my heat?
A: Before you call us, try troubleshooting your propane-fired heating system using these steps:

A: Please be sure to keep your driveway and fill pipe clear so we can delivery your propane – we cannot deliver your propane if it is not safe for our crews to do so!
